Lessons are organised in the region of Ortahisar and Ayvali village one of the oldest and most authentic villages in the area. Cooking lessons cover the traditional dishes of the region mainly cooked on tandoor.
The menu may vary depending on the season et available products. You may have a chance to take part in the preparation of the following dishes.: Manti (tiny local raviolis), boreg (patty -pastry leaves prepared with cheese or meat in the oven), Yaprak sarma (vigne leaves stuffed with a mix of rice, meat and local spices), and the diverse dishes prepared with green beans, zuchinni, aubergine…. And for the dessert semola prepared with grapes (style cappadocia)
The lunch will be followed by a hiking session of 2 hours in Akvadi, from Uchisar to Çavusin. Return back to hotel around 16h30.
